We will ship your order after receiving and confirming payment in full. We only ship to consumer and business customers who are based within the UK. We do not ship to non-physical addresses (such as PO Box or BFPO) We charge the following shipping rates calculated by weight:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (0.75Kg - 2.00Kg) £3.95

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2.00Kg - 10.00Kg) £6.95

We can also offer upgraded shipping to Royal Mail 24 Tracked. We charge the following shipping rates:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (0.00Kg - 0.75Kg) £4.95

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (0.75Kg - 2.00Kg) £5.95

Royal Mail 24 Tracked (2.00Kg - 10.00Kg) £7.95

We charge a fixed £12.95 shipping rate for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

We will provide free shipping when you spend over £100 in any single transaction. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked as our standard free shipping service.

For larger pallet orders, we provide free shipping. We use a range of Palletised Delivery Services for these types of order.​

​

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once we have delivered them.

 

After 2 failed delivery attempts the goods will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs and associated costs.

 

Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 1 working day of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

All deliveries will be tracked and insured.

Due to the nature of the product and our stringent hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for any of our Covid testing kits.
